Brighton Blue

Brighton Blue is one of the top sellers from our cheese counter. It is a milder blue cheese with a mellow flavour, made with pasteurised cows' milk. It is firm in texture and is suitable for vegetarians. The blue green veins deepen as the cheese matures and the blue taste strengthens. With a natural edible rind this West Sussex cheese has won several awards including a Gold at the World Cheese Awards 2019/20.
